Cancel your purchase (right of withdrawal)
You can cancel your purchase within 10 calendar days from the day you receive the product, without giving a reason, as provided by Argentine consumer protection law. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We refund the full amount using the same payment method.

Products must be returned unused, with their original seal and packaging, so we can check their condition. We coordinate the return in Paso de los Libres at no cost to you.
Damaged or wrong products
If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 10 days and we will replace it or refund it.
